     Small  websites  need  to  be  developed,  either  from  my  needs  or  from  the  needs  of  those  around  me.  Web  design  is  a  new  design  class  and  network  interdisciplinary  discipline,  in  recent  years  with  the  development  of  the  network  and  gradually  received  people's  attention,  it  itself  to  the  network  as  a  carrier,  the  information  to  the  public  in  the  most  quick  and  convenient  way.  The  establishment  of  a  website  project  is  based  on  a  variety  of  needs,  so  this  demand  often  comes  from  the  actual  needs  of  small  businesses,  of  which  the  actual  needs  of  each  person  account  for  the  vast  majority.  Therefore,  how  to  better  understand,  analyze,  clear  requirements,  and  accurate  and  clear  enough  to  express  in  the  form  of  documents,  to  ensure  that  the  development  process  in  accordance  with  the  actual  needs  of  small  businesses  for  the  purpose  of  the  correct  direction  of  project  development.
